Each VALOR product is made to order. Because of this, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the product

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect products received

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order.
